Act ffxiv not working.

Normally when you install the FFXIV_ACT_plugin a button should appear that says "show overlay" but that button does not appear when installing the plugin. So maybe it is problem with the FFXIV_ACT_plugin and windows 11. Or maybe I'm just doing something wrong but I have installed a couple of times before and never had an issue.I just downloaded a windows 10 update, and when starting the game again my ACT overlay now no longer appears when i hit my toggle button while in fullscreen in FFXIV. Not sure if there is a setting I should be looking for in ACT or Windows.. or neither.. or both. I have no idea. Very frustrating. After the most recent patch 4.4 none of my tts triggers work. The timer is working properly and does show the countdown and the placement for tts to go off properly but the tts will not work.
