U-verse is not available at this time. One of my two receivers is not working properly. It says U-verse is not available at this time and to restart the receiver. I have done that several times over the span of an hour. I hunplugged and replugged it in. And I have held the power button for 10 seconds to restart it as well.

I have rebooted my IPH8005 U-verse tv receiver by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and it did not fix the issue. I then unplugged the receiver from the power source to do a second reboot, and that did not work either. This will help clear up the pixilation on the DVR.
