Ever since the password was changed, grill can’t connect to the network and app is not working. Tried every possible troubleshooting measure (different phones, iOS android), created guest network, reset routers and all that nonsense. Nothing, called Traeger, 1hr on the phone - nothing. So the resolution they had is to escalate the case.
