So, the g29 and g923 is actually a better choice. I'm not sure what that means, since the G wheels are only gears. The 923 still competes with the 150 pro and at a big savings With the T, I'd probably recommend it over the Thrustmaster. G29? Different situation. I think the build quality of the T150 is terrible compared to Logitech.

T150 - Driving with low tyre pressure, lacks power. CW2.5 - Driving with too high tyre pressure, lacks consistent power. T300 - Driving with perfect tyres but bad dampers on your suspension, lacks consistent power. Podium - Responds perfectly but something between the wheel and tyres needs a bit of lube. A g29 is a disguised g27. The internals are the same (helical gearing), Expensive, Doesn't come with a shifter which also is quite expensive. T150 -. Pros. Smooth FFB and little bit better ffb than g29, Cheaper, good amount of buttons, thrustmaster upgrade path/eco system so you can buy t3pa pedals and a th8a shifter for the t150.
G29 feels more like a toy and is much louder. T150 is less powerful. For entry the G29 is more than enough and it's always better to buy new than used, especially if you find a good deal.
