Except texture streaming budget. It's 6 gb, not insane 8 and above. But the game looks super blurry. It's like I'm playing it in 1024x720 but I have 1920x1080 monitor and same resolution is set in settings. I've tried turning on and off supesempling, v-sync, film grain, ambient occlusion and some other settings but it doesn't help with the blur.
