i usually go on my alts with Radiance Runes, they give 25%bd and they are cheap/ezier to craft.. they may not be the same dps as the leadership but i usually can get around 6~8k (depends on the boss) dps running mix between commanders/berserker with radiance runes running the chaos chrono variation....
