When connected to power, Roam will display a solid orange light to indicate that it’s charging. After about 10 seconds, the light will turn off but Roam will continue to charge. I got the black brick of death (Roam just quit holding a charge). Went through diags on chat with Sonos, they agreed it was dead after about 20 minutes of chat. They promptly emailed the return info and shipper label. Carrier drop off was last Tuesday, so today it’s been a week. Will update when the replacement arrives.
