Under the Rural Route Evaluated Compensation System (RRECS), every rural route will receive an "evaluation" that reflects the time it takes to deliver the route each week. I know many had some " efficiency " habits that were against protocols. I ask because, perhaps rrecs training isn't so much the answer as educating carriers to job standards. I really am curious if carriers have started working more to required protocols than prior to rrecs.
