On RSL, you should always try to summon during X2 (boost where you have twice the chance of getting epics and legendaries). Or at X10 when you're close to your pity (x10 boost = on specific champions). For beginners who aren't looking for specific champions, it's important to do X2. To get more accurate results, I simulated 10000 times the normal amount needed for the event. So for example, one need to pull 150 ancient shards for a guaranteed lego, then in my simulation I would pull 1500000 (actually 1490000 since I assume the 150th one is the guaranteed lego). Here are the results and takeaways. 2x from 150 ancients: Basically, as far as pure statistical average goes, they're an equal chance to get 2 Legendaries by 200 pulls. So the benefit goes to the guarantee, as you could run into the worst case scenario: 2x Event: 1% Base Pull.
