In this uncertain world, this 7.6% dividend with a nearby floor (thanks to falling rates) is attractive. And the bargain gets even better because, as a CEF, QQQX can trade at a discount to its net asset value (NAV). This tends to happen after market panics, like the flip out we saw in September and October. As I write, QQQX is worth $23.85.
