Restart your computer. Restart your meta 3. Start Oculus App on your computer. Put on your headset. Enable air link. Your computer "should" appear. (If this is the step that's not working for you, I found restarting my computer and/or the meta 3 3-5 times solved the issue. It does seem flaky.) Press "launch" and it will ask you to make a boundary.

I tried these solutions : OVRPose tracker = OVRManager.tracker.GetPose(); return tracker.position; And1 clean the cameraes. 2 make sure batteries is 1.5 volts. 3 change the tracking freq on controllers to 60 hz. 4 change lighting conditions. 5 try it in another room. 6 factory reset. My oculus quest 2 is stuck on a black screen. When I turn it on I can see my guardian boundary and nothing else. I can use the volume and see the volume but everything is black. I restarted it (that menu showed up) but nothing happened. I can also walk outside the guardian and passthrough turned on but no menu popped up.

We advise to please try powering off the headset then press the power button and volume down button at the same time until the boot menu loads, then go to “exit and boot” and see if that helps. If you’re still having issues, please submit a support ticket on our official Oculus website.
