Hello. i have a maytag model #PAV2300AAW. When agitating my washer makes a loud grinding noise. it kind of sounds like plastic on metal so i replaced the base agitator. That did not fix the problem. i also took the belt off and spun the tub pully. When i spin it counterclockwise the tub spins and clockwise the agitator spins back and forth.I have a Maytag Bravos XL washer- Model MVWX550XW2.
