10/10 Recommend prof Chen. He truly cares about his students and always makes sure you know why you are doing what you are doing in class. Prof Protevi is one of my top professors at LSU. His class is lecture heavy, but he has amazing notes that he puts on moodle. You can definitely make an A if you pay attention in class and compare your class notes to his notes while studying for the tests. 2 midterms and a final, all written but graded fairly.
