I want to output a crazy amount of damage with my Special Sniper, not have to constantly go through a mental cycle of remembering to hold R immediately after firing just so I don't accidentally load a regular magazine.What you want to do is shoot, then while continuing to hold the ADS button also hold the reload button. This reloads a honed edge shot instantly - there's only a single reload. Holding the ADS button is not technically required but the timing is much more generous. I went to orbit and came back and did it.The problem with this method of activating Honed Edge is that it's too inconsistent - oftentimes, I will hold reload to load a Honed Edge shot after emptying the mag only to fail and load a 4 round magazine. This way of loading a Honed Edge shot can be a waste of time during DPS phases in raids, and should be changed to something more consistent. Run 1: 182s Run 2: 155s Run 3: 119s Run 4: 128s Note: I am killing the knights, triggering Toland, opening the chest, and leaving the challenge with the sword equipped.
