Jeep wrangler overheating while driving.

I have replaced - fan, thermostat, water pump, radiator, hoses, temperature sensor, head gaskets and even heads. All to the tune of about $4,000. Still overheats. - no codes ever.To recap - I was having issues with the Jeep dying while driving and while at a stop light. Also I was having some terrible shifting issues/ slipping issues with the tranny. I started off doing; 1 - Added Lucas anti-slip to tranny ( didnt fix the issue ) 2 - Flushed the Tranny and put new filter and new Mopar fluid with Lucas OilIf you take your symptom (cool at idle, hot at speed) and apply the basic laws of thermodynamics, the answer that comes screaming back at you is "not enough coolant flow". Engine overheating at high rpms. My 2003 Jeep Wrangler (6 cylinder) overheats at at highway speeds. I've replace the fan clutch, the water pump, the serpentine belt, the thermostat, and most of the hoses. I've flushed the system and back flushed the system. Still, it overheats.This has happened twice in the past two weeks. The TJ has 90,000 miles on it and it appears that the water pump and hoses (and likely thermostat) were changed recently. Coolant level is full and there are no leaks. Engine bay and radiator are immaculate. Jeep was never an off-roader. I just purchased a 2014 jeep rubicon. First time owning a jeep it was fine the first 2 days, today i hit the highway and as soon as i hit 70 mph the car starts to slowly overheat.
