Its very OP for grinding, as the m1s hit twice. It also has an iframe move which proves to be very useful in boss fights and for grinding kaigaku. Pretty insane dmg too. Its also pretty good for pvp. So just go with sound breathing, grind until 50 and then prestige. Afterwards get better endgame breathings like moon breathing or the sun breathing.
