Description. This rail kit replaces all of the factory Weaver rails on the Hi-Point TS carbine with the more standard Picatinny rails, allowing to mount all common Picatinny accessories. Each kit contains three (3) rails. These rails are made of the same material as the rails currently on the carbines, they are not aluminum.Hi-­Point threads the muzzle of the 995 TS at a ½-­28 pitch.
