Since owning it I have burned about a ton of pellets and it was perfectly fine. Just last week it stopped feeding and we started to receive the 3 blink status. the steps I have taken so far with no resolution are: Cleaned the Stove from top to bottom, including the ESP Probe, Exhaust Pipe, Feeder, Burn Pot, etc.90% of the door gaskets I change for customers are fine but it’s the first thing customers think is wrong. My stove is a 2010 and the sort gasket works perfectly. I’ve worked on stoves that are 20 years old that still seal tight. Took out new ESP probe and put old one back in. As soon as it was powered on with the new ESP probe status light would go into 3 blinks continuously. With the old ESP probe it would not do this. Stove would start, combustion blower and ignitor (on auto) would come on and it would fire up no problems.(P.S. I've had the stove for 5+ years, and an old Whitfield for 8 years before that. I'm not new to pellet stoves, but I'm not handy w/ it and don't repair/maintain it myself). Oh and mine keeps going to 6 blinks on the status light and the feed stops.
