No one in your party really cares enough to affect their disposition, and you can still talk to her corpse if you wanna get the quest stuff she gives for Princess Gut.
It strips all of your unique paladin abilities and leaves you as basically just a really bad fighter. Oathbreaker is an actual legitimate paladin subclass.
