Close the window and run Warcraft III.exe (in the x86_x64 folder) as admin. Uninstall other versions of Warcraft III and remove all Warcraft 3 and/or Blizzard registry entries. Rename the installation folder to something else. Try launching the game through the Warcraft III Launcher.exe file (in the Warcraft III folder) as admin.
