Serana Dialogue Edit as you mention does and when using both together I wouldn't call it jarring but I often do notice the difference. As much as I didn't want to I recently dropped "Serana Dialogue Add-On. The added lines in the Serana Add-on were great but I'm happier than I thought I'd be using only Serana Edit which is also an excellent mod.
