Sorry If I spoke too soon on this subject. Now the existing MilPro's PT111 and PT140 do not have the accessory rail, only the PT145 does. I believe the Laserguard LG-493 advertised on that page is made for the PT111 & PT140 which don't have the rail and it is not made for the PT145 that has the rail.
