Somewhere between 20-27%. RNG means you could get 5 exotics in a row or run 30+ without one, and on an infinite timescale it all evens out. There was someone that did a bunch of Lost Sector runs and it seems that Legend lost sectors have a 25% chance while Master lost sectors have a 33.33% chance.
I must be the exception because Sunday night I started to grind the legendary lost sector 5 times solo quest to get to Gaurdian Rank 7 and on the 3rd run, I got legendary solo flawless. From that, I received Ballidorse Wrathweavers exotic (warlock). That does not seem to be "common" drop Rates. RNG is a fickle mistress. In Feb my Titan ran Concealed Void on Master, 10 times, before getting the exotic chest. Yesterday my Warlock ran Bunker E15, on Legend, just once, and got Mantle of Battle Harmony first time. I ran 9 Legend this morning and got 2 exotics.
