All this is is scalping. So I don’t risk 1% or 2% on a trade, my goal is it risk 1 penny in a trade. For every 10k shares I do, that’s 100 dollars. That puts my losses at 100-200 dollars per trade. Risk reward is important in trading. The nice part about trading this way is that a stock that goes up 2 cents is a 2:1 risk reward, 3 cents is 3:1.
