Shock and Aargh. Is pretty much only visual pollution and a great way to set off any barrels near you. Did not look further at the build. The only sensible way to run an Anarchy build is to go full in to Nth Degree 5/5, Close Enough 5/5, Preshrunk Cyberpunk 5/5, then literally any other skills you want.
