The berserker blade is, imo, the best dex weapon in the game hands down. Just my two cents though! (SL 185 40/40 build, with mostly dex weapons, many hours of pvp and many flawless victories with the 'zerker blade - a brief overview of my experience with it) The only downside is that it's a bit slower.
