Mar 24, 2023 · I reached out to UTO vacations via phone, chat, and email to see about rescheduling the trip and haven't heard back from them. Basically I am out $1,400. The whole thing felt like a scam. As they sold the trip without mentioning the quarantine requirements in China. And then never responding to reschedule my trip. The restaurant serves excellent food with good service against a reasonably varied menu. Again, the house wine at £14.75 per bottle and nothing to boast about does detract from the meal. The price of other wines rise quickly to £25 per bottle. (which leaves a bad taste in the mouth).
