If you have no voltage at pins 1 or 5 of the starter relay with key turned to START then check the Black-White wire from the ignition switch at the firewall. If it was the immobilizer you would not be able to start it. However, when it cools down it will restart and run just fine. This issue began after the recall was done to the engine for excessive oil consumption.

1998 Camry LE 2.2L 4cyl Auto. 159,000miles. I drove it home Friday (30miles from work) and parked it with no issue.
