Call Cox, 877-820-8202 tell them you moved the CableCARD to a new device and need it Re-Paired.

Last night I noticed that I'm getting V58 errors on all but the channels that would be considered "local" or "free" for my area (St. Paul, Minnesota). Jul 12, 2022 · Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. A tech has just tried to change the splitter and the cables in my house but signal is strong (every channel I test for strength has 94 or 95).
