Yes you can. If someone says no its because thats their personal choice. I worked out with the qc35 and its great. It does depend on what workout you are doing. I mainly just weight lift and jog. Get the QC headphones for the Insta gym photos then get some earbuds for actual workout.The cause of the problem is the microphone was dislocated from its attachment and it was touching the speaker causes high pitch or whistle. The speaker in this headphone looks like a thin piece of diaphragm. It’s very fragile. Be very careful not to poke it with sharp object.
