Dr. Jeff Conn is one of my favorite professors in the SPHR department. He does a great job teaching the material and lays out very clear expectations of how to do well in his class. His tests are not easy, but very fair. If you study and know the material, you will get an A. The textbook was helpful, but not necessary.
