I'm not going to do master lost sectors too...Drops in lost sector appear to prioritize exotics you haven't picked up yet. Once all are obtained, it is random. I'd put drop rate at about 1 exotic per 4 to 6 runs on average from running a bunch if legendary difficulty last night. If you ignored Ikora's reward, then the next time an Exotic drop (25-30% rate) from Helmet Day LLS it will (most likely) be Loreley.
