Turns out Traveluro had booked and canceled. This company is not legitimate - do not use them. When the Conrad asked for the name of the travel agent that booked the reservation (surprise, it's not Traveluro), they had to "escalate" the question to a supervisor and they somehow couldn't supply the name.
