As Jwilly noted, you can mount an animal from any reserve, provided the species is also on Layton or Hirschfelden. Also, the big circular plinth in the middle can, in fact, be used for any animal (or multimount) at all. You can put your favorite albino lion there if you wanted, for example.

Also, good luck using anything other than 7mm and .338. To simply money up i'd say the best way is with a bush, a bow, deer bleater and heard of Whitetail or Blacktail. predators in general are worth the most. bears and yotes, i like bears because they fight back every so often.
