The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.

I have a 2019 F250 with a basic 2.5" Carli Back Country setup and BDS radius arms. Still have the stock 20" Lariat Sport wheels and tires. I leaning towards eventually doing 17's with 37's as recommend by most suspension companies.
