Poison can be decent, but you lose a lot of normal damage. Bleed kinda sucks. Magic can be decent if you also have a buff. Lightning would be better. Don't put points in RES though. The Estoc will serve you fine for the PvE game. However if you are looking into having Faith buffs on your weapons then Estoc might not be the way to go. The Estoc is very poke-heavy in PvP, and buffs don't last long enough for a poke war usually. But honestly if you like any weapon just go for it, they all work.
