Yes, it's the blueprint that is causing you to spawn empty handed. The trick to fix this is to UNLOCK the attachments (s) that are included with the blueprint. Say for instance you don't have an attachment unlocked like the FTac Ripper 56 and it is on the blueprint you need to go unlock it. So that means the Lachmann-762 is not to level 6 yet. 2.Forgot one; contraband weapon stash, mission items and keys constantly reset back to 23 every time i boot up the game for the first time.
