I suspect each of them only drops with specific criteria, but what that is I am not sure. Anderson manhunt is by far the most efficient exotic farm right now. Summit specifically has pathetic drop rates even on Legendary with 5 directives (what I play). Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Even better if you play with friends and you share loot. Memento benefits from hybrid build. Especially if you have 2~3 blue or yellow core instead of full red. Personally, I'd go for a 3 red 2 blue build with technician. That way you still have a decent damage output and survivability and 2 skill tiers with the backpack. Memento is very good.Difficulty and directives can help you with first layer by increasing target loot drop chance. Every directive add 3% to base drop chance, and the base drop chance is: 60% on legendary, 50% on heroic, 40% on challenging, you can figure out the rest. Sources that garentee one target loot drop (i.e. supply room box, named enemy).

Tried obliberate, but it works mostly for SMG's with high crit hit chance. Intimidate works best if you have minimum 2 blues. Im using 3 blues. Hunters Fury/Memento. Yes, i lose 15% weapon damage overall, but when the bonus armor kicks in, thats scales from 3 pieces of blue, not just 1 or two, so basically i have more bonus armor to use intimidate.
