The Glock 30 sits by the bed and is ready to roll. A 1911 is a straight shooter, you aim it, pull the trigger and it goes right where you want it. When I got my 30S I posted a side by side size comparison (dunno if it was in this forum or another) with the 30s with the 9rd mag and the 10rd mag compared to my G26 and G19.
