There’s a couple of reasons. 1) Most of her damage is piercing, so increased crit chance and damage means she can outright delete a field with her ultimate. 2) The team she’ll usually be partnered with already has 3 strikers, and while C&D naturally apply vulnerables, it’s helpful to increase those for the others.

A stronger Darkhold is all at the moment. two-tap and take all of their cooldowns. Then beat them with Darkhold or WeaponX. If you are just talking plain DH, WX can win in a punch across, or a mirror match swapping Emma for SW to make sure your Morgan goes first. The T4 priority here is just waaay off, morbius passive and Ult are 100% numbers 1 and 2 for this team to work. They are a H4H counter and the blinds are crucial, 2nd disrupting Luke cage is important so you can target Shang chi and finally his ult is either bugged or worded poorly so if you don't T4 his ult he won't apply heal block to everyone
