This kit includes everything you need to make the swap, including a new engine block, cylinder heads, pistons, rings, rods, bearings, oil pump, timing chain set, and gaskets. The 05 engine might be slightly different - if yours has plug wires instead of coils you will need another 05 as far as I know. The RAM engines have accessories in the wrong place, starter motor might be on the wrong side, the offsets for the water pump/alternator/power steer pump seems to be different too.The F-100 never was. Intermittently, the Ford Super Duty trucks were available with an IDI Harvester engine. If you’re determined to do a diesel swap, many F-100 owners have had success with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins crate engine. Off the top of my head, you'll need to swap the Touring engine harness and PCM over, and it'll take a little bit of work to mate the 3.5 to the 300C exhaust. One potential major problem is that the Touring could have the 4-speed 42RLE transmission, as opposed to the 5-speed NAG1 in the 300C.
