I’d recommend going to atleast lvl 45. iirc 41 is on the low end, but possible. If you're playing on Hard I'd suggest 45 to give yourself some leeway. I think the general recommended level was 10 per palace. I'm playing on normal actually. I'll probably grind to 43 and then try the fight. I wouldnt say 41 is low end.

Welp. Ridiculous at level 21 for the first Palace, one might think, but this was before I finished the fourth Palace and found out I could get ExP much faster. Safe Mode was just really hard during the second Palace boss fight, especially the first phase when it kept respawning.

The issue I found playing on hard was simply doing enough damage before the bots ran away, even when exploiting the weaknesses, and my team was over-leveled as well. I had no issues in any fight up to that point and all of the intermittent fights in Okumura’s Palace were a breeze. It is a pretty bullshit fight overall, OP.
