When I was finishing up completions 6 and 7 in normal, completion 6 took 30 minutes because everything was gentle, and completion 7 took 2 1/2 hours because it gave me "I just ruined everything" four out of five major trolls in a row.

You should do basic and 24 hour (unlocks by doing a basic within 24 hours), ASAP when you unlock challenges. The bonuses are incredible for 1 clear. After that, you hold on challenges until at least after beating titan 4. I beat 58 and started my Basic Challenge immediately (maybe just for the change of pace).
