Coaches in Franchise. Started a franchise for madden 24. Got to the offseason & noticed the cpu teams would fire real life HC & then replace them with game generated coaches. & then those same teams would hire real life guys like McVay as offensive coordinators, but you can't hire actual people to be your coordinators, only your head coach.
