Well go ahead take that advice then. Just know that 92a1 slides will be thicker than a standard slide around the guide rod area so you'll have fitment issues. You can swap a M9A1 slide no problem though since its the same as an F frame.

M9A1 holsters should fit pretty much every variant except for the 92A1 since it has a different rail. I also use the Safariland 5197 and 5198 since they're cheap and readily available.

My 92A1 had a serrated grip frame but more intricate bevel in its magazine well. The buffer assembly that features on this pistol was designed for handguns chambered in .40 S&W. This assembly is missing on the M9A1, and for a 9mm, it’s probably overkill but ensures increasing durability.
