The driver's door lock switch/button does nothing either (it will unlock, but will not lock the doors). I've tried the other original fob (in new/unused condition), with the same result - will not unlock. Not a big deal, but I have certainly got ... Okay, I have a 2003 Kia Optima and the driver's side door lock isn't working properly. Basically, when I try to unlock the door, from the outside, and pull the latch the lock snaps back to the locked position. I can eventually get the door open by repeatedly trying to unlock it open the door, though.
