Basically, all you have to do is run 'command' (or maybe it's 'cmd') from the Start menu and enter about 6 lines of code. If you are using Windows 7, go to Control Panel, Programs, Turn Windows Features On/Off and then make sure 'telnet client' is clicked and press OK before doing the cmd stuff. Hope it helps!
