Not getting anywhere. Tried using the billboard code as a +4 keyword for the second clue cipher. No such luck. Pretty sure the billboard is the name of the road from QR1, but haven’t figured out the cipher or how the +4 fits in. I haven’t. I tried a +4 cipher, and also RP1’s 3 keys as the billboard’s cipher key. On there website they have a leader board and they put a badge by your name when you find the clue. When i saw boundaries it clicked that Transcontinental Railroad joining is in boundaries and only reason for them to be that North.
