Ok, long story ( containing lots of different spoilers) [While I was collecting all the Stones of barenziah, I needed to get into the Thalmor Embassy. I didn't feel like doing the Main Quest untill I was able to enter the Embassy, so I used the console to unlock the front gate and enter the building.But instead it's pretty much a blind easter egg hunt across Skyrim without a worthwhile reward.
