I took mine today as well. Got 127 questions and got the good pop up saying I was already registered for a test. My friend took it last week and got 133 questions. She also got the good pop up and passed. The times I hear when the PVT doesn't work is when the bad pop up comes up. I think you still have a chance of passing.
